As previously disclosed, on September 17, 2019, the Company received a written notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (Nasdaq) notifying that the Company was not in compliance with Nasdaqs minimum bid price requirement and providing that the Company has 180 calendar days to regain compliance. On January 9, 2020, the Company was notified by Nasdaq that as of January 8, 2020, the Company had maintained a closing bid price at or above $1.00 per share for a period of 10 consecutive trading days and therefore had regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement.
